1. How long has Amer Auto Shipping been in business? Is it a reputable company? 
We have been transporting vehicles for over 10 years. We are an A rated company. You will not be disappointed.

2. When will my car be picked up and delivered?
It can take up to 7 days to confirm a qualified driver in your area to pick up your vehicle. Once it’s picked up, it can take between 1 and 7 days to deliver it, depending on the distance.

3. Are there any extra fees?
No. The price we give you is all inclusive of insurance and all fees.

4. Is Amer Auto Shipping Insured?
Amer Auto Shipping is fully licensed and bonded. All carriers we contract with have Full Value Protection insurance up to $1,000,000 and it is verified.

5. Is there a deposit?
No Upfront Deposit! We understand how it feels to pay a deposit and not get the service you expect. Which is why we do NOT require an initial upfront deposit. A small deposit is only due when we contract with a carrier to pickup and drop-off your vehicle on agreed dates.

6. Can I put personal items in the vehicle?
Yes, under 100 pounds is ok.

7. Who do I talk to about my vehicle and updates?
Amer Auto Shipping will be in close contact with you until your vehicle is picked up. From there you will have the option to speak with us or the driver directly regarding any updates.

8. What happens if my vehicle is damaged?
All carriers we contract with have Full Value Protection insurance up to $1,000,000 and it is verified. In the remote chance your vehicle is damaged, we will put in a claim with the carrier’s insurance company. This is one of many benefits of dealing with a broker, we mediate in the settlement of the insurance company claims in case of loss or damages. All damages should be discovered during the final inspection at delivery. To determine what damages occurred during transit, the initial inspection report and final inspection report will be reviewed. We stand by you the whole way.

9. Will the driver pick up and deliver my vehicle door to door?
Yes. In the case you live in an area restricted to drivers, you may need to meet the driver at the closest accessible area most convenient to you.

10. What payments are accepted?
All major credit cards and PayPal may be used to pay for the deposit or the entire shipment. If only a deposit is paid, the balance will be due to the driver at pickup or delivery in cash, money order, or cashiers check. 

11. Can I trust Amer Auto Shipping with my high-value vehicle?
Yes. We only contract with carriers who are qualified and experienced with a respectable reputation to move our high-value vehicles. We verify all of our carrier’s insurance policies and ratings before extending a job offer.

12. Will my vehicle still be picked up and/or delivered if I am not there?
Yes; however, it is recommended that you or someone you know is present when your vehicle is picked up and dropped off. This is when the initial and final inspection reports will be done.
